  • Design, create, and maintain robust Android applications, ensuring high-quality user-centric experiences.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to implement mobile solutions.
  • Apply best practices in modular design and architecture for code reusability and system optimization.
  • Perform rigorous testing and tuning to enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams for task delegation and progress monitoring, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Carry out thorough code reviews to maintain high coding standards and practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party applications into mobile frameworks.
  • Participate actively in Agile workflow activities such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues throughout development, testing, and production phases.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Android development and solid proficiency in Kotlin and modern frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, mobile architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience working in distributed team environments.
  • Proficiency in integrating and utilizing RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience collaborating with product management for defining requirements and user cases.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to contribute to team discussions on product development and industry trends.
  • Experience creating documentation for features and workflows.
  • A keen interest in industry trends and best mobile development practices.
