• Engage in code management and version control using Git, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong relational database design and optimization skills with SQL.
• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or MQ technologies.
• Knowledge in developing RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
