Technical Support Engineer (NYC)

• Provide technical support and solutions to clients, ensuring optimal use of the API platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides for clients.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve product functionality.
• Assist in the deployment of new features and updates, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of the product.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the development team, advocating for client needs.

• 3-8 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Proficient in TypeScript, NodeJS, and React for effective troubleshooting and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Langchain or similar technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in a B2B software development environment.
• Familiarity with HR, ATS, or Payroll systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
