Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build a drug access platform for a fast-growing, profitable health-tech company, where your machine learning models directly detect and prevent drug-access failures, helping millions of insured Americans actually receive the medications their benefits promise. We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer to work across backend systems and modern front-end applications in a cloud-native, event-driven environment. This is a hands-on role for engineers who enjoy ownership, clean architecture, and building reliable systems that operate at real scale in healthcare. What You'll Do

• Build backend services with Node.js / TypeScript on AWS

• Design event-driven systems using queues and async workflows

• Develop React / Next.js frontend features

• Build and consume APIs (API Gateway-style architectures)

• Work with SQL-based databases for transactional workloads

• Contribute to serverless infrastructure and cloud architecture

• Strong TypeScript / JavaScript, Node.js, SQL

• Hands-on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, core services)

• Experience with message queues / event-driven systems

• Frontend experience with React and Next.js

Nice to Have

• PostgreSQL and relational database design

• Serverless Stack, AWS CDK, IaC (Terraform / Pulumi)

• SQS, Lambda, Step Functions
