Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and execute experiments and solutions in Generative AI to accelerate business capabilities
• Build and deploy AI/ML-powered applications, including those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting AI-driven workflows
• Collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support across multiple initiatives
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with AI/ML expertise to help drive innovation in Generative AI applications within a safety-critical environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven solutions that enhance business capabilities and solve complex technical challenges.

• 3+ years of Python development experience
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, including Generative AI
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with full stack development
• Proven experience building and deploying complex software systems
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals through hands-on experience or research
• Experience developing or deploying Generative AI applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Haystack, or similar
• Background working in highly regulated or safety-critical environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable architectures
• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems
