Job description
- Manage and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deployment, monitoring, and remediation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and infrastructure issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain documentation and provide resolutions for Service Desk and Change Management tickets.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, operational procedures, and enterprise policies.
- Leverage Microsoft Premier Services tools and best practices to maintain core Windows Server platform services.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM (design, implementation, and administration).
- Experience in system monitoring, patch management, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of OS support, hardware/software systems, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Premier Services tools and enterprise support practices.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Design, install, maintain, and document server and cloud platform solutions in enterprise Windows Server and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Perform daily system monitoring, maintenance, patching, error tracking, and issue remediation.
