Job description
We are seeking a UX Designer II to help shape and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This role focuses on understanding user needs, translating insights into actionable design solutions, and driving meaningful improvements across digital products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy, enhance usability, and deliver experiences that align with both user expectations and business goals. This is a collaborative, fast-moving environment suited for someone who is both strategic and hands-on in their design approach., Design and develop user experience artifacts including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Conduct and lead user research, discovery sessions, and design thinking activities to inform product decisions Translate research findings into actionable insights through artifacts such as journey maps, personas, and usability reports Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions Plan and execute usability testing, A/B testing, and other experimentation methods to validate design decisions Define and track user experience metrics, KPIs, and success measures using qualitative and quantitative data Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align teams on user needs and product direction Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in UX design or a related field Strong experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Experience creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity design deliverables Solid understanding of UX methodologies including design thinking, human-centered design, and Agile UX Experience conducting user research and usability testing Ability to analyze and interpret data from analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices, Experience working within established design systems and knowledge of scalable design frameworks Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or similar platforms Experience using user behavior and testing tools such as heatmapping or session recording platforms Ability to create and present compelling narratives based on research and data insights
