Lead .NET Engineer

Spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge SaaS solutions and internal platforms. Shape technology standards, guide diverse delivery teams, and collaborate directly with senior leadership on innovative projects that leverage the latest in cloud, AI, and data engineering., * Lead design and development of scalable SaaS applications in Azure and on-premises.

• Set engineering standards and review architecture, code, and design.
• Mentor onshore/offshore engineers and foster best practices.
• Build full-stack applications with .NET (C#), React, SQL, and AI integrations.
• Develop multi-tenant SaaS platforms with RBAC/SBAC.
• Implement secure solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Logic Apps).
• Create data pipelines, lakehouses, and dashboards in Microsoft Fabric/Power BI.
• Lead client/internal projects, ensuring quality documentation and delivery.
• Collaborate on DevOps pipelines and security compliance.

• 7+ years in software development with 3+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Expertise in .NET/C#, React, SQL, Azure services, and AI (Azure OpenAI, MCP, RAG).
• Strong communication and team mentoring skills.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures, security, and cloud deployment.
• Preferred: MSP/consulting background, certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400), and familiarity with Fabric, Service Fabric, and compliance standards., * .NET: 7 years (Preferred)
• React: 7 years (Preferred)
