Job description

The Level 1 IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing front-line technical support both from the office and on-site at client locations. Approximately 35% of the role includes field work, so a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required. This is a 100% in-office role-no remote or hybrid work options are available., * Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, and in person for desktops, laptops, printers, and other endpoints

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues across multiple client environments
  • Perform system maintenance, patching, and user support
  • Document work in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Deliver on-site technical support at client locations (approximately 35% of the time)
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional and responsive service

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Minimum of 2 year of hands-on IT experience (preferably in an MSP or similar environment)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required for field work)
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., * MSP or relevant: 1 year (Required)
