• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external factory partners to ensure accurate execution of materials, construction, and graphic placements.
• Manage the full prototyping process, including tracking requests, leading review sessions, and capturing feedback to finalize buy-ready products on time.
• Drive project timelines by strictly managing calendar target dates and proactively communicating progress or challenges to leadership.
• Act as a technical leader across multiple seasonal projects, offering alternative solutions and problem-solving with vendors to continuously improve manufacturability.
