Requirements

This is a hands on role where strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and a methodical approach to problem solving really matter.

This role allows for lots of progression and with it being a smaller team it gives you lots of exposure.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ year's experience in a 1st line IT support or service delivery role
  • Strong Windows Office 365 troubleshooting skills
  • Good networking knowledge for user connectivity
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • User permissions and device setup
  • Confident communicator who can engage at all levels Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team

About the company

Robert Half has partnered with a distribution company based in Park Royal looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the technology team. You'll be the first line of support for systems, infrastructure and end users; handling everything from day to day troubleshooting to on boarding new starters and managing access, hardware and security.
