Job description
Robert Half is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 21/2 technical support in a dynamic, environment. This role is responsible for resolving escalated service desk issues, supporting end users across multiple platforms, and maintaining secure and efficient IT operations.. This role is 100% onsite.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experience
- M365, SaaS, AD
- Windows/Mac OS Exp. (Blended Environment)
- Troubleshooting printers issues, wi-fi, basic network connectivity
- L1/L2 Ticketing issues Requirements
Day-to-Day Responsibilities;
- Proven experience in Tier 1/2 IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android) in a corporate environment
- Solid understanding of IT security practices, including MFA
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
