- Build impactful, high-performance software by developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
- Solve complex business challenges alongside software engineers, QA, and product owners while continuously improving code quality, team productivity, and technical practices.
- Be a key contributor from design to deployment-translate user stories into innovative solutions, write clean code, and document technical specifications.
- Embrace continuous learning and mentorship by helping teammates grow professionally and promoting best practices in coding, security, and development processes.
- Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation (every 3-4 months) and release deployments to ensure platform availability and reliability.
- Stay engaged and connected with occasional travel (up to 15%) to participate in company events, workshops, and conferences.

- Abilities: Extensive experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications with strong expertise in T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies; preferred background includes .NET 4.5-4.7, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, SSRS/SSIS, Entity Framework, Test Driven Development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and business modeling using UML and use cases.
- Experience: 3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WCF, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, and object-oriented design, along with hands-on experience in Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is required. Master's degree preferred.
- Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.

Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial packages, The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $149,900.00
