Quality Assurance Tester

• Design and execute test cases from requirements
• Perform UAT and back-office testing
• Validate transactions, points, and business rules
• Conduct API testing (Postman/Insomnia)
• Run SQL queries for data validation
• Test integrations (including event-driven systems like Kafka)
• Log and track defects in Jira/Zephyr

• 5 7 years Manual QA experience (100% manual)
• Strong test case and defect reporting skills
• API testing experience (Postman or Insomnia)
• SQL for data validation
• Experience with data-heavy systems
• Exposure to Kafka or similar integrations
• Jira/Zephyr experience
• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Hospitality or loyalty/rewards domain experience
• Understanding of points, tiers, and rewards systems
• BrowserStack or Selenium exposure
