Job description

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Contracting Support Professional providing support to the NC3 Contract and specifically the PZ division.

The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA, with an operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM. The NC3 Directorate's mission is to provide support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), the Deputy Director, Deputy AFPEO NC3 and staff for acquisition and administrative control of all NC divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, Engineering (EN), Financial Management (FM), Operations Management (OM), Information Protection (IP), Contracts (PK), Cyber, Logistics (LG), the Program Execution Group (PEG) and Intelligence (IN).

This is a full time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA., In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, the Senior Contracting Support Professional will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution across the acquisition lifecycle. The role supports mission execution by ensuring timely coordination, tracking, and completion of classified and unclassified taskings.

Duties includ e, but not limited to:

  • Support price/cost evaluation activities. They will not participate in any negotiations.
  • Perform contract close-out activities.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data.
  • Support clerical, administrative, and office operations.
  • Perform training associated with contract activities.

Requirements

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance with SCI with an investigation current within 5 years or in Continued Evaluation (CE). Interim or outdated investigations are not acceptable

Education: MA/MS Degree in related discipline or field, and minimum 10 years of related experience.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
