• Build and configure new SQL Server 2022 instances tailored to organizational needs.

• Monitor systems proactively, identify failures, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.

• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, including upgrades and server builds.
• Proficiency with SQL Server Replication, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
