Job description

Architect end?to?end Amazon Connect contact center solutions Translate business requirements into scalable AWS architectures Design IVR, call routing, omni?channel, and customer experience flows Lead integrations with CRM systems and third?party platforms Define AWS security, scalability, resiliency, and cost?optimization practices Guide development teams on Lambda, Lex, APIs, analytics, and best practices Support migrations from legacy contact center platforms

Requirements

5+ years of experience in contact center or cloud architecture Strong hands?on expertise with Amazon Connect Deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch) Solid understanding of contact center concepts (IVR, ACD, CTI, reporting) Excellent stakeholder communication and solution?design skills Preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect Experience with Contact Lens, Amazon Lex, and CRM integrations Background with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Avaya)
