Job description

Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, queues, and routing Build AWS Lambda integrations (Node.js/Python) Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and third party systems Use Amazon Lex, Polly, and Transcribe for voice/chat solutions Troubleshoot production issues and optimize call flows

Requirements
