Job description

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Upgrade Implementation Consultant to lead and support end-to-end upgrade initiatives for on-premises Oracle Siebel CRM environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel architecture, upgrade methodologies, data migration, and integration, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal business disruption., * Lead Siebel CRM upgrade projects (IP upgrades, patching, and migrations).

  • Perform upgrade assessments, planning, and execution for on-premise environments.
  • Analyze existing Siebel configurations and customize upgrade strategies.
  • Execute repository merge, conflict resolution, and regression testing.
  • Handle data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Manage Siebel environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) during upgrade cycles.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and DBA teams for performance tuning and deployment.
  • Ensure system stability, security, and compliance post-upgrade.
  • Provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM.
  • Strong experience in Siebel upgrade projects (IP17+ preferred).
  • Expertise in Siebel Tools, Web Tools, EAI, EIM, and Workflow.
  • Experience with repository merge and upgrade utilities.
  • Knowledge of database systems (Oracle/SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Siebel Open UI and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and automated deployment.
  • Understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).
