Program Manager - Cloud Platform Delivery Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / New York, NY We are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore). This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps) Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs) Coordinate with: Engineering teams Architects Infrastructure teams External partners/vendors Support platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems) Ensure quality, performance and release readiness Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting

8-12+ years in Program / Project Management Experience managing large-scale cloud platform programs Strong exposure to: Microservices APIs Distributed systems Experience handling multiple teams/pods and dependencies Experience working with onshore/offshore teams Strong communication, must handle senior stakeholders Preferred Experience Healthcare domain (strongly preferred) Experience with GCP or cloud platforms Experience in platform builds or external partner integrations Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments
