Sr AI Engineer

Sr AI Engineer Location: Onsite - San Francisco, CA / Dallas, TX / Austin, TX We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience leveraging GenAI and agentic development tools to enhance the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on building high-quality applications while using AI as a force multiplier across coding, testing, debugging, documentation and modernization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and maintain software applications Leverage GenAI tools for coding, testing, debugging and documentation Create effective prompts and workflows for AI agents Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security and performance Generate and improve test coverage (unit, integration, regression) Refactor and modernize legacy systems using AI-assisted approaches Participate in architecture, design discussions and code reviews Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices

Strong programming in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C# Solid computer science and software engineering fundamentals Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD and testing frameworks Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs Strong focus on secure, scalable and maintainable code Preferred Skills Experience with agentic AI tools Legacy system modernization experience Cloud-native development Experience in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, etc.) Experience measuring productivity improvements using AI
