Job description
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Custom PC builds
- Removal of infections (viruses, malware, trojans, etc.)
- Data recovery
- Replace laptop and desktop hardware
- Checking customers in/out
- Opening support tickets and documenting work performed
- Answering phones
Requirements
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
