Founding GTM Engineer

• Own the entire growth function, building the go-to-market engine from scratch with a focus on experimentation and rapid learning.
• Design and execute a diverse range of growth experiments across channels such as outbound sequencing, social media, events, programmatic SEO, and paid ads.
• Drive top-of-funnel awareness and engage the right audience in conversations with the AI agent.
• Craft compelling narratives and write persuasive copy for blog posts, emails, landing pages, and case studies to define the company's category and positioning.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the agent experience, treating growth as a product challenge.

• 2-5 years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in an early-stage startup environment.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing experiments, particularly in digital channels.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, and Google Ads.
• Experience with SEO and paid advertising strategies to drive engagement and conversion.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a founder or in a founding team role within a startup.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the B2B space.
• A creative storyteller with a knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
