Job description
We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at schools. You will be the first point of contact for teachers, staff, and students, helping resolve day-to-day technology issues., * Troubleshoot laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and desktops
- Support printers, smart boards, and classroom technology
- Resolve basic network and Wi-Fi issues
- Manage support tickets and document solutions
- Ensure devices are ready for daily school use
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chromebooks
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Prior school/education experience is a plus
