Job description

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at schools. You will be the first point of contact for teachers, staff, and students, helping resolve day-to-day technology issues., * Troubleshoot laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, and desktops

  • Support printers, smart boards, and classroom technology
  • Resolve basic network and Wi-Fi issues
  • Manage support tickets and document solutions
  • Ensure devices are ready for daily school use

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Chromebooks
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Prior school/education experience is a plus
