The HR Technology Consultant is responsible for leading and delivering medium- to high-complexity talent technology projects, bringing SME expertise across up to two key tools. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on implementing talent acquisition technologies and integrating them within mid-market and enterprise environments. For larger or more transformative programmes, you will also support Senior Consultants, Senior Managers, Project Managers, and workstream leads with defined activities and deliverables relevant to your remit., Delivery
- Owns the delivery of technology implementations that require platform subject matter expertise (SME). Projects are typically single-region or mid-market deployments
- Deliver and project manage talent technology implementation projects using pre-established toolkits and templates designed for the specific tool(s) being implemented
- Take accountability for all elements of the project when assigned to lead the project, inclusive of project management, design, configuration, integration design, migration, testing, and training. Take accountability for tasks, proactively communicate updates, and accurately complete deliverables within the assigned timelines of a project when acting in a project support role
- Plan project activities within the overall budget and timeline, managing scope and client expectations throughout the project
- Advise clients on system functional and technical integration capabilities
- Document configuration decisions during the design phase and perform configuration during the build phase
- Identify, quantify, and flag any risks and issues to the project/partner manager. Support the management and mitigation of risks
- Maintain internal AMS project status tracking to support accurate capacity planning and forecasting
- Engagement in team initiatives, collaboration, and overall learning
Team Leadership
- Takes on mentoring/coaching responsibilities for Analyst-level roles
- Conduct training and upskilling to support the team's development
Relationships
- Manage relationships and actively influence project stakeholders and SMEs to reach decisions and progress the project forward
- Collaborate with peers and managers on best practices, support, and ideas for continuous improvement
Growth
- Identify out-of-scope requests and activities and raise them to the project/partner manager
- Monitor the number of hours used against each project or deliverable every week and proactively flag if a project is likely to go beyond projected hours
- Provide tangible contributions to internal ad hoc and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Requirements
Are you passionate about identifying needs, delivering innovative solutions, and enhancing technology within talent acquisition and management?, * Proven experience delivering client-facing talent technology implementations (ATS, HR tech, or similar)
- Expertise in at least one or two talent technology platforms, and a commitment to learn all other tools
- Experience with system configuration, design, and documentation
- Ability to advise clients on functional and technical integration capabilities.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery: design, configuration, integration, migration, testing, and training
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence decisions and progress projects
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks/issues during delivery
- Comfortable working in a remote, international delivery environment
- Ability to meet utilisation targets and manage workload effectively
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience in implementing or supporting ATS, CRM, VMS, and/or chatbot technologies. Example relevant tool experience includes: SmartRecruiters, Avature, Beeline, Cornerstone, Fieldglass, HireVue, iCIMS, Phenom People, SuccessFactors, Taleo, and Workday
- Experience with one or more project management methodologies
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Exposure to API-based or marketplace integrations with recruitment tools
- Experience with data migration from legacy ATS platforms
- Familiarity with HRIS ecosystems and broader HR technology landscapes.
- Track record of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a team or organisation
- Experience conducting training and enablement sessions for recruiters, hiring managers, or administrators

What we offer: We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is as follows: Mexico, 424,100 - 565,400. US: 95,475 - 125,700. CAD: 81,225 - 106,900 plus applicable benefits.
