We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our clients growing engineering team. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features, enhance existing systems, and ensure our platform remains stable and efficient. Your deep understanding of Rails architecture, PostgreSQL optimisation, and API design will be essential as you contribute to ongoing development projects.

- 4+ years' experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong understanding of OOP & Rails architecture
- Extensive experience with PostgreSQL (performance tuning, complex queries)
- Background job processing with Sidekiq & Redis
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, JWT, SSO
- Experience with AWS & Docker
- Production system support & troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills & Agile/Scrum experience
