AI Solutions Architect

The Client is seeking an AI Product Architect – Enterprise Copilot & AI Solutions to serve as a strategic and technical leader responsible for evaluating, architecting, and scaling enterprise AI solutions built around the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. This role is focused on finding someone who can bridge AI product strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale adoption leadership. Core Focus of the Role: Microsoft Copilot Architecture Expertise Seeking a professional with deep expertise in: Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture Copilot feature evaluation and release lifecycle Copilot Agents and extensibility patterns Microsoft Graph Connectors Enterprise search and knowledge architectures Enterprise AI Product Strategy This role requires the ability to assess emerging AI capabilities and align them to: Enterprise use cases Product roadmaps Business priorities Scalable adoption strategies Enterprise Rollout and Adoption Leadership Seeking experience leading: Large-scale enterprise AI deployments Cross-functional rollout initiatives Adoption and change enablement Portfolio and roadmap execution Demand intake and enterprise prioritization Agent and Knowledge Solution Architecture Strong experience designing and architecting: Copilot Agents Custom agent solutions Connector-based data and knowledge experiences AI orchestration and integration patterns Executive-Level Architecture and Stakeholder Engagement Must be able to produce and present: Architecture documentation Reference architectures Executive briefings Governance and roadmap presentations Cross-functional solution recommendations Ideal Background: Seeking professionals with experience in: Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture Microsoft ecosystem solutions Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot extensibility Copilot Studio (preferred) Microsoft Graph and enterprise data integration AI governance, security, and compliance Highly regulated environments (preferred), This is a strategic enterprise AI architecture role, not a pure engineering or development position. The Client is looking for someone who can evaluate Microsoft Copilot capabilities, architect enterprise solutions, lead large-scale adoption, and drive AI product strategy across the organization. Onsite Requirement: Minimum 2 days per week onsite (subject to change). Position Scope: Accelerates and supports the ongoing activities in the field of IT Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Identifies and defines applications of emerging technologies to address business relevant challenges. Designs and implements prototypes of applications including front- / back-end and machine learning components. Works with different company business units to understand the business demands with respect to Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Conducts advanced software engineering, analytical tasks, data preparation, machine learning models to enable company to improve its IT products, services, and processes Position Responsibilities: Analyzes business critical data / processes and recommends improvements / highlights opportunities. Works with complex data / optimization / design problems and conducts advanced analytics tasks. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques. Works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. Works in collaboration with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for innovation and transition them to prototype and industrialization phase. Develops custom data models and algorithms. Coordinates with different functional teams to implement solutions. Serves as internal consultant to other developers and engineers as needed, providing assistance in all phases of product life-cycle development. Advises developers and engineers on emerging IT technologies and assists the team in process matters as related to development/support and provides the necessary on the job training and development of associates/contractors within the team. Maintains accurate, meaningful, and updated technical and non-technical documentation pertaining to all aspects of area(s) of responsibility. Clearly communicates requirements, progress, goals, and results to business partners with various levels of technical knowledge. Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

Deep Microsoft Copilot subject matter expertise Strong product architecture and roadmap leadership Experience leading enterprise AI adoption at scale Expertise in agent and knowledge solution design Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, science, mathematics/statistics, or related field. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in computer science, mathematics/statistics, or a related field (preferred)., 5+ years prior experience working in IT / software engineering with machine learning development 5+ years of knowledge of in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C++, C# 5+ years of experience in problem solving skills with an emphasis on IT product development 3+ years of knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks 3+ years of knowledge of a software engineering and architecture
