Job description
- Support users with day-to-day IT issues (email, devices, applications, access)
- Help set up new users, computers, and basic system configurations
- Assist with onboarding new clients and getting their systems organized
- Work with Microsoft 365 tools and cloud-based environments
- Help maintain device management systems (like Intune and Apple Business Manager)
- Participate in small projects like system upgrades or migrations
- Keep notes and documentation of work completed
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Share feedback on common issues to help improve the support experience
Requirements
- Do you have experience installing new RMM and security products in an automated fashtion within IT MSP environments? This includes Intune.
