Job description

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to support a large enterprise client. This role focuses on delivering functional expertise, production support, and continuous improvement for cloud-based enterprise performance management solutions., * Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for Oracle EPM cloud applications

  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and support activities across enterprise applications
  • Support business process design, implementation lifecycle activities, and project reviews
  • Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Write epics and user stories to support development and implementation efforts
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in post-production support, managed services, or consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Strong experience with Oracle EPM (Primary: FCCS/FLUX; Secondary: TRCS, EDMCS)
  • Experience with upgrades, functional testing, and release management
  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk operations
  • Strong knowledge of cloud application processes and configurations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to lead workshops and present technical solutions to business stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams
