Job description
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switching environments, and LAN connectivity to support daily operations.
- Monitor network performance, identify connectivity issues, and resolve disruptions to maintain consistent system availability.
- Configure, manage, and optimize firewall technologies to protect systems and enforce network security standards.
- Support user and system access by maintaining Active Directory components related to network authentication and permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues across the network and implement timely corrective actions.
- Perform network updates, configuration changes, and infrastructure improvements while minimizing operational downtime.
Requirements
- Document network configurations, support activities, and technical procedures to maintain clear operational records. Requirements - Proven experience working as a Network Administrator or in a similar infrastructure support role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco routers, Cisco networking, and LAN environments.
- Practical experience configuring and supporting firewall technologies in a business setting.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and access management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently across multiple systems and users.
- Familiarity with network documentation, maintenance processes, and operational best practices.
