What You Will Be Doing

As the Systems Engineer Sr. Integration and Test you will be responsible for leading system-level software testing initiatives, crafting test strategies, and ensuring integration quality across complex platforms.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for system-level software.
  • Analyze test data, identify defects, and drive corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to validate integration requirements.
  • Maintain test environments and tools to support continuous testing.
  • Provide clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders on test outcomes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring solid experience in software integration testing, and are eager to contribute to mission-critical projects that shape cutting-edge technology., MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

This position may require flexible and non-traditional hours to support critical mission timelines. Expect occasional evenings, weekends, overnight or rotating shifts, and the ability to adapt your schedule as project demands evolve. All schedule variations will be communicated in advance, and we provide resources to help you maintain a healthy work life balance., * B.S. in STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering preferred)

  • Experience in lab integration and test

  • Experience with Weapons and/or Sensors Systems Integration

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes.

  • Familiarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs or Virtual Test Labs (MSIL and VTL).

  • Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test.

  • Experience with Linux Operating Systems.

  • Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.

  • Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience.

  • Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Benefits & conditions

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
