Required Qualifications Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; 10+ years of professional experience in site implementation, project management, or systems engineering. + 15+ years of specific FAA field operations Technical support. + Knowledge of FAA field support systems such as Delphi and CWP. + Proven experience in managing large-scale technical projects, preferably in aviation, defense, or government sectors. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-phase projects effectively. + Strong communication skills and experience interacting with diverse stakeholder groups. + Ability to travel frequently (approximately 50-75% of the time) for site-related activities. + U.S. Citizen or Green Crard Permanent Resident Required (3+ years U.S. residency) Education Substitutions Include: + Associates degree with an additional 6 years of relevant experience (for a total of 16+ years). OR + High School diploma with an additional 12 years of relevant experience (for a total of 22+ years).
