Job description
- Develop AI agents and tools using platforms like Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems (Teams, SharePoint, internal platforms)
- Build and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, embeddings, and vector databases
- Create lightweight tools and applications that improve decision-making speed and accuracy, * Partner with Data and IT teams to connect pipelines, APIs, and data sources
- Develop forecasting models and intelligent systems that support planning and operations
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and continuously improve model accuracy and adoption
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term performance of AI solutions
Cross-Functional Impact
- Work directly with field, operations, finance, and leadership teams to understand workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and introduce AI-driven improvements
- Train users, drive adoption, and gather feedback to refine solutions
- Serve as the bridge between technical capability and real-world application
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong programming experience (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and model development
- Hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with tools like Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot, Semantic Kernel, or similar
- Experience integrating APIs, data connectors, and enterprise systems, * You don't just build models, you solve problems
- You think in systems, not silos
- You can move from concept ? prototype ? production without getting stuck
- You're comfortable working with both technical teams and business leaders
