• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service skills

• Minimum 5 years experience required

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Experience working with large enterprise wide application systems
• SQL development
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS
• Knowledge of SSL as it relates to client-server communications
• Experience with Client s DNA and WMF technology
• Experience with Nexus Evolution software
• Experience with Client s Nautilus or Hyland OnBase ECM
• Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module
• Knowledge of DocuSign
