Requirements
degree in business, management, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience leading projects or change initiatives in a cross-functional business environment. - Demonstrated background in new product development, commercialization, or launch execution, ideally within a manufacturing or consumer goods setting. - Strong working knowledge of change management, organizational change management, user adoption, and business process improvement principles. - Ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, and achieve results without direct supervisory authority. - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, along with project scheduling or project management tools. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma exposure, or related process improvement training is preferred.
