Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in server-side development with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Camel, JMS, Apache Kafka and Persistence frameworks (JPA/Hibernate) and experience with relational databases (Oracle)
- A solid and strong foundation in software engineering and design principles
- Experience with Gen A.I.
- Strong hands-on experience using GenAI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) across the SDLC
- Comfortable using LLMs for design, coding, refactoring, testing, code reviews, and documentation
- Experience with prompt engineering, structured instructions, and iterative refinement
- Familiarity with agent-based workflows and task decomposition (tool-assisted AI coding is highly desired)
- Knows how to validate outputs, and how to apply guardrails for quality, security, and maintainability
- Experience creating repeatable AI workflows, guidelines, or templates for teams is a strong plus
- Experience with modern MV*/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, Rx JS), prefer Angular
- Experience with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, Graph QL, NodeJS, Swagger)
- Strong foundations in design patterns and real time application of these in software development.
- Experience working in Kubernetes environments with strong focus on process and resource utilization/optimization

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
