W2 only - Senior VoIP Test Engineer - Mountain View, CA

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior VoIP Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in VoIP protocols, ATA/CPE device testing, and telecom-grade environments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in end-to-end call flow validation, remote provisioning, and packet-level analysis within carrier or ISP ecosystems., * Perform end-to-end VoIP testing including functional, regression, and interoperability testing

• Validate SIP-based call flows including signaling and media handling
• Conduct hands-on testing with ATA/CPE devices in lab environments
• Execute remote provisioning and configuration using TR-069 protocols
• Analyze network traffic and troubleshoot issues using packet capture tools
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for test execution and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, network engineering, and operations

• Strong hands-on experience with SIP protocol (REGISTER, INVITE, BYE, SDP, RTP/RTCP)
• Proven experience with ATA/CPE device testing (e.g., Poly, Grandstream, Cisco, or similar)
• Experience with TR-069 remote provisioning in a carrier or ISP environment
• Expertise in Wireshark for packet capture and detailed call flow analysis
• Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in VoIP testing
• Strong understanding of telecom/VoIP architectures and protocols
