Job description
We are seeking a Product Owner with experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) to join a growing Order Management & Fulfillment team. This role will support initiatives within the OMS platform and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable order management solutions. The Product Owner will work within an Agile pod, collaborating with engineering, architecture, digital, and fulfillment teams to deliver enhancements and new capabilities., * Support critical initiatives within the IBM Sterling OMS platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, digital, and fulfillment teams.
- Deliver enhancements and new capabilities within the IBM Sterling OMS environment.
- Operate independently and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Drive delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Senior Product Owner experience.
- Direct experience with IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) is strongly preferred.
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Experience working with technical teams including developers and architects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and manage multiple dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail or e-commerce environments (e.g., large retail organizations, grocery, big-box retailers).
- Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital commerce or fulfillment platforms.
- Experience working in distributed or remote teams.

Compensation
The pay rate for this position is between $85.00 and $95.00 per hour.
