Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to join the our infrastructure organization, supporting enterprise-scale deployment and cloud onboarding initiatives. This role is focused on CI/CD tooling, automation, and infrastructure enablement, serving as the bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient delivery solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with CI/CD projects in complex environments and can partner effectively with platform engineering, DevOps, security, and governance teams within a regulated industry., * Own and manage the product backlog for CI/CD and deployment platform initiatives

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with cloud onboarding and infrastructure strategies
• Partner closely with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities
• Ensure CI/CD solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, and reliability
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of deployment platforms and tooling
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across technology and governance teams
• Measure success using KPIs related to deployment efficiency, reliability, and developer experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a software environment
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD projects in a technical or infrastructure-focused environment
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and deployment pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Harness, and OpenShift (OCP)
• Experience supporting cloud onboarding efforts
• Prior exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy environments
