Oracle Project Manager (ERP / Oracle Technologies)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle-based IT initiatives, including ERP, integrations, and application projects. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery experience in Oracle environments and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global delivery model., * Lead end-to-end Oracle project delivery (implementation/upgrade/support)

• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and overall execution
• Coordinate with functional and technical Oracle teams
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery governance
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery model (typical Infosys structure)
• Identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and delivery quality standards
• Collaborate with architects and SMEs across Oracle technologies

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Project Management
• Strong experience managing Oracle-based projects (any of the below):

o Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)

o Oracle SCM / HCM

o Oracle integrations/middleware

• Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle
• Experience with an on-site-offshore delivery model
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

Preferred Skills

• PMP / Scrum Master / PRINCE2 certification
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware tools
• Experience with large system integrators like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture
• Prior onsite experience in the US
