Whatyou'llown as theCyber Security Engineer Specialist

• Conduct threat assessments for infrastructure and applications to ensure adequate technical and non-technical effective controls are in place
• Identify, mitigate, and drive remediation of security threats and issues
• Be a subject matter expert toassistin security investigations
• Continuously assess the securityriskposture and compliance
• Contribute to projects and initiatives on the roadmap
• Collaborate with business partners to enable agile and secure solutions
• Mature security capabilities through continuous improvement and automation
• Enable knowledge sharing andcollaboratewith team members
• Stay abreast of new security technology, emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 4-6 years of professional experience in a technical IT security role, such as security operations or engineering.
• Experience withusing, configuring changes and cloud, network, endpoint, data security tools.
• Strong analytical skills including solving and communicating complex problems, data analytics,measurementand reporting needed to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND, ISO27001, NIST 800.53/CSF, etc.
• Proficiencyin multiple information security domains
• Ability to function in a fast-paced,entrepreneurialagile environment.

It'sa bonus if youhave

• CISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications
• Experience working within security operational roles in engineering or SOC
• Working experience scripting and APIs using Python,Powershellor other languages
• Experience working on Linux systems
