Cross-functional Collaboration, Join our innovative team as a BI Analyst, playing a pivotal role in shaping the data narrative of a dynamic manufacturing organization. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining impactful Power BI reports, ensuring accessibility and delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Essential Job Functions:

Design and develop Power BI reports for organization-wide use

Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs

Analyze manufacturing data to provide strategic insights

Stay updated with BI trends and continuously improve reporting capabilities

Build strong relationships with business teams and act as a BI liaison

Work with data scientists to incorporate predictive analytics into reporting

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance through governance practices

Recommend and implement improvements to BI processes and reporting
Other Responsibilities:
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Strong experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI
- Expertise in extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Proficiency with Microsoft data tools such as SQL, Fabric, Synapse
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience supporting business decision-making through analytics
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred or Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with data warehouses
- Exposure to manufacturing industry data
- Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting models
- Strong analytical and quantitative background
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR 5+ years of experience in BI/Analytics
- Proven experience working as a BI Analyst or BI Developer
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft data ecosystem
