IT Application Analyst

We're looking for an IT Applications Developer to act as a technical and functional SME for enterprise applications like ERP (IFS), CRM (Salesforce), PLM, and related integration tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, implement solutions, and drive user adoption. Additionally, you'll manage Attalon's proprietary MES system (Cumulus), handling documentation, enhancements, and support to ensure optimal performance. This role offers the chance to lead impactful projects that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support business applications and analytics solutions by analyzing requirements, designing solutions, configuring processes, and training users.
• Develop and enhance application functionality, including coding, testing, and documentation.
• Manage and maintain Attalon's MES solution (Cumulus), including source code documentation, ticket resolution, and system optimization.
• Provide timely support and service delivery, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate solutions and maintain system integrity.
• Perform system requirements analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology upgrades.
• Lead and manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and meeting milestones.
• Ensure compliance with department standards, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP, CRM, or business analytics solutions, ideally in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, VB.NET, XAML, Python.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, scripting languages, and Power Queries.
• Familiarity with integration and API management tools (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace or project-based manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for enterprise applications.
• Experience with operating systems, reporting tools, and business analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle, Crystal Reports).
• Ability to balance business and technical considerations in decision-making.

For California and Colorado, the base salary range for this role is $70,840.00 - $121,176.00 Please note this range is provided as a general guideline.
