Job description
Life Cycle Engineering seeks entry-level engineers based out of Tewksbury, MA to support the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) programs. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the system life cycle including:
- Assessing proposed designs and ensuring compliance to requirements
- Interpreting data and analyzing results from fielded systems
- Presenting to internal and external stakeholders at program meetings
- Working with cross functional and integrated product teams to solve complex problems during program design and execution
- Support Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) tasks by analyzing failure data, trends, and supporting failure investigations
- Assessing production and field failures and determining root cause and corrective action (RCCA)
- Performing Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses including mean time between failure (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), RAM Modelling, and Failure Modes Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Requirements
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required., * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
- This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. US citizenship is required as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance., * GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Experience working in a professional environment such as internships or co-ops and/or on project teams
- Advanced degree such as a Master of Science (MS) or Engineering (ME or MEng)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
