L1 Data Center Technician

• Move and install servers and network switches
• Perform basic inspection and smoke testing of servers
• Rack, stack, and cable systems as per provided diagrams
• Ensure proper cable management and organization
• Install additional components (NICs, drives, memory, etc.)
• Assist in unboxing, setup, and preparation of equipment
• Coordinate with network teams to validate connectivity
• Support inventory audits and documentation

We are looking for L1 Data Center Technicians with basic experience in hardware handling and installation to support day-to-day operations in a data center environment., * 1-2 years of experience in IT, hardware, or data center environment

• Basic understanding of servers, networking, and cabling
• Ability to follow instructions and wiring diagrams
• Good physical handling of hardware equipment
• Willingness to work onsite in Reno, NV
