Job description
As an Oracle HCM Functional Core HR / Recruitment Architect, you will make an impact by leading end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud transformations with a focus on Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). You will be a valued member of the Oracle HCM practice and work collaboratively with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business leaders to design, configure, and optimize global recruiting and HR solutions that improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle HCM Core HR and Recruiting Cloud, including enterprise structures, career sites, candidate selection, interviewing, and job templates.

Advise clients on HR operating models, recruitment process optimization, and AI-driven recruiting capabilities.

Define and manage security architecture, including data roles, security profiles, and complex global security frameworks.

Oversee integrations and quarterly updates, performing impact analysis and ensuring system stability across releases.

Provide leadership across project workstreams, mentoring junior team members and managing cross-functional and offshore teams.
Requirements

10-15+ years of HCM experience with extensive hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Recruiting Cloud expertise.

Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and global rollouts.

Strong functional and technical expertise including HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and Fast Formulas.

Deep experience designing global HR configurations to support compliance across multiple countries.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution reviews.

Experience driving adoption of AI-enabled recruiting features within Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Hands-on experience managing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and third-party recruiting interfaces.

Hands-on ownership of US HR systems and enterprise configuration governance.

Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project risks for large transformation programs.

Background in cloud-based HR transformation initiatives across highly regulated environments.
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 - $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to plan terms.
