Job description
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with regional business partners and global stakeholders to implement new ecommerce capabilities, including customer portals and other strategic initiatives
- Balance competing project constraints-scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget-to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Monitor project dependencies and coordinate across teams to reduce risk and enable smooth execution
- Generate, track, and analyze outcomes of major initiatives
- Support execution of eCommerce initiatives including listing updates, A/B testing, SEO/GEO optimization
- Prepare weekly performance scorecards and key metric summaries for leadership.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working on an eCommerce or digital-focused team (required)
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
- Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) business systems, web platforms, and omnichannel technologies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Preferred - experience using Helium10 or JungleScout, Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels. Pay Band: $70,000 - $100,000/year with eligibility for performance bonus
