Compensation

• $105,000 - $115,000

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead ownership of item master data processes, governance, and system utilization

• Oversee data stewards handling item creation, updates, and change requests

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across enterprise systems

• Act as escalation point for complex data quality issues and exceptions

• Partner with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to align data strategy

• Establish KPIs to track performance, data quality, and operational efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement in data governance frameworks and tools

• Participate in occasional travel (approximately 15%) to support cross-functional initiatives

• Hands-on expertise with item/product master data in ERP/MDM systems such as Oracle or SAP

• Experience leading data stewards or data-focused teams

• Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership

• Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality standards

• Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
