Job description
- Maintain and optimize servers, compute environments, and infrastructure
- Manage and enforce Group Policy across systems
- Support and enhance AWS-based environments
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and security logs
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft-based environments
- Deep expertise with server infrastructure, compute, and Group Policy
- Experience working within AWS environments
- Background supporting IT in banking or financial services
- Ability to operate independently without direct reports
- Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism
