The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. As the leader for the Identity & Access Management Platform, you will architect and deliver modern customer identity solutions that balance frictionless access with robust security and compliance.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide CIAM strategy, overseeing architecture and modernization of customer identity services.
- Own authentication and authorization services, including SSO, MFA, biometrics, and password-less technologies.
- Manage the full identity lifecycle for millions of users, ensuring seamless registration, profile management, and secure account recovery.
- Partner with cybersecurity and fraud teams to implement risk-based authentication and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing CIAM team, ensuring operational health and vendor management.
What you bring:
- Leadership of enterprise-scale CIAM functions for large consumer-facing businesses.
- Hands-on expertise with modern CIAM platforms (Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping Identity).
- Mastery of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO/WebAuthn).
- Experience in fraud prevention, privacy compliance, and user experience optimization.
- Strong metrics-driven approach to identity flows and business KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor of Computer Science, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $205,900.00 - $345,930.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
